Adobe has released Flash Player 11.8.800.94 for Windows and Mac and Flash Player 11.2.202.297 for Linux. These updates address critical-risk vulnerabilities that could cause the application to crash and potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.
Adobe recommends users update their product installations to the latest versions:
Users of Adobe Flash Player 11.7.700.224 and earlier versions for Windows should update to Adobe Flash Player 11.8.800.94.
Users of Adobe Flash Player 11.7.700.225 and earlier versions for Macintosh should update to Adobe Flash Player 11.8.800.94.
Users of Adobe Flash Player 11.2.202.291 and earlier versions for Linux should update to Adobe Flash Player 11.2.202.297.
Flash Player installed with Google Chrome will automatically be updated to the latest Google Chrome version.
Flash Player installed with Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 8 will automatically be updated to the latest Internet Explorer 10 version.

Sandboxing enhancements:
This feature adds enhancements to the existing sandbox feature by better addressing application launches in protected mode
Recursive stop onMovieClip:
For Flash Player, this feature allows a game developer to effectively pause/stop a running SWF without having to iterate through all of the objects on the DisplayList.
Datagram Socket (iOS & Android):
DatagramSocket APIs are now supported for iOS and Android also. This will work only with swf-version 21 or later.
Server Socket (iOS & Android):
ServerSocket APIs are now supported for iOS and Android also. This will work only with swf-version 21 or later.
LZMA SWF support (iOS & Android):
LZMA compressed swfs can now be packaged for iOS and Android targets and are supported.
4096x4096 texture support:
With this feature, a new profile, BASELINE_EXTENDED is introduced in the class flash.display3D.Context3DProfile, which will support a maximum texture size of 4096X4096.
Rectangle Texture Support:
Rectangle Textures are now supported in BASELINE as well as BASELINE_EXTENDED profile. The texture formats supported for Rectangle Textures are BGRA, BGR_PACKED and BGRA_PACKED. Details for usage can be found in the language reference.
